Ranking Every Manager in the Premier League Using FM26
We bring you a ranking of all 20 Premier League Managers using Football Manager’s current & potential rankings to determine the order, as well as giving our own ranking!

The Premier League has never been better coached. Nearly every team now has a manager who’s exceptionally talented and brings something unique to the table. It wasn’t always like this, just ask fans of any team slogging through the 2005–2015 era. But how do these managers stack up against each other?
I’ve ranked every current Premier League manager (as of July 2025) based on their current ability in Football Manager (found using the in-game editor). To make things even spicier, I’ve added my own personal ranking too, powered by my elite ball knowledge. And yes, I’d absolutely put myself 1st if I counted, based on the time I won the Champions League with Watford in four seasons on FM15.
